Libraries are arsenals of truth.
Francis Hearn.

  1. True, true, true.

I wish that my library branch were not being reduced to a dvd-supply station with few works of fiction and barely any mysteries.

I hope that the situation is remedied here and countrywide. What is the world coming to without them or books?

  2. Kathy: I'm surprised that a NYC library would go that route. But maybe it's the wave of the future crashing down about our heads.

My own local library is still pretty well centered on books, thank goodness!
