Wednesday: Quote for the Day

There are no new truths, but only truths that have not been recognized by those who have perceived them without noticing.

Mary McCarthy On the Contrary - 1962

Painting: Road with Cypress and Star by Vincent Van Gogh.

  1. Good quote! I could mutter on about the truth of this statement and today's world and what's happening, but I will not here.

Van Gogh's painting is as stunning as is his artwork with no hesitation.

  2. I think Van Gogh saw truth and the weight of it was too much for him.
