I get in the dumps at times, and don't open my mouth for days on end. You must not think I am sulky when I do that. Just let me alone, and I'll soon be right. Sherlock Holmes - A STUDY IN SCARLET
I'm not sure what you mean by 'exactly', Joan, but I'll take it to mean exactly what I think it means. Meaning: I mean what Sherlock means. Does that make sense? :)
I'm glad you are back but sometimes we have to tune out and be by ourselves, taking care of our own needs to read, listen to music, putter, walk, pay attention to nature.
Exactly, Kathy. Sometimes I just have to tune out. Been going through a lot of stress in my life lately, but tuning out helps ease the pressure sometimes.
Exactly!

DeleteExactly!
DeleteOh good, Yvette - I am glad you are basically ok.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm okay. I have to deal with these bouts as best I can as they come up. Feeling better about things now and so I'm back.
DeleteThinking of you! And I know how it feels!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Patti. I hate when this sort of thing happens, but it's the way it's always been with me. I can deal with it, but I can't be browbeaten. Ha.
DeleteI want to hide somewhere. Too much this month, art shows volunteering, cooking- quests, yard, cleaning, Daughter, new dog needs training,
ReplyDeleteYvonne
Yeah, been there, done that. :) I hope all is well, Yvonne. Take it easy, m'dear. New dog? Oh this I have to see...
DeleteHow well I understand that, Yvette. Hoping things improve soon if this is meant to indicate a spell of your own being in the dumps.
ReplyDeleteJohn, I did mean that exactly. :) But now I'm back. It's not easy being me. Ha.
DeleteDid I write that, Yvette?!
ReplyDeleteNo, you did not, Prashant. :)
DeleteThanks so much, Mark. There is a lot of possibility in what you say. I'm having a good think about it.
