I ...This is a very interesting review and summary. I doubt if I"ll read the book, only because the TBR lists and piles are out of control.<br /><br />What you say is true about William Powell. He commanded the screen in the Thin Man movies. But so did his on-screen partner Myrna Loy. The two of them together was a movie match made in heaven. They were certainly at the top of the list of Hollywood pairs.
